We present a single cell sequencing dataset of cerebrospinal fluid of patients suffering from COVID-19 with neurological manifestations.
The raw sequencing are available via GEO GSE163005.
Dataset
Single cell atlas of cerebrospinal fluid (80.919 cells) Neuro-COVID patients and control patients with viral encephalitis (VE), idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) and multiple sclerosis (MS).
